A new Housing Programme Management System (HPMS) has been developed for local authorities. This is a browser-based system to enable local authorities to enter key details on their projects, manage their projects through the various stages of its life cycle, submit requests for Departmental approval at defined points and submit payment claims to the Department for recoupment.
